Workshops

“WHEN HEALING YOUR RELATIONSHIPS, IT’S THE BEGINNING OF A NEW CHAPTER BRINGING YOU MORE JOY, PEACE, HAPPINESS, FORGIVENESS, MORE LOVE OF SELF AND OTHERS.”

Do you find that you have lost your identity in your relationships? Are you struggling to maintain your relationships that you have been accustomed to, and it’s not working?

Visit one of the following workshops to join the conversation with others moving through transformation.

When Loosing Your Luggage Is A Good Thing!
Have you ever lost your luggage? Just the thought of it can be scary-the horrifying feelings of your belongings being gone! That feeling of possessions, things, security just disappearing, never to be seen again. In the big scheme of of things, you know that it all works out: things settle down eventually, and you have an opportunity to refresh your wardrobe with new items, and in time, those missed items are gone from you memory. This is a metaphor for your relationships as you go through the different passages of life. This is an opportunity to closely examine your relationship that you lost.

What we will cover:
   – Looking at some beliefs about you and your marriage? Who am I? Where do I belong now?
   – Is your age in the way, so you feel you might as well suck it up and go under the covers? Whose going to want me at this age?
   – Looking at our patterns and judgement based on opinions of others?
   – Seeing the gifts of when you release your luggage and how you can start to love again?

Looking For What’s Right vs. Looking For What’s Wrong: (During or After Divorce)
Looking for What’s Right about your divorce is an art that has to be cultivated, but the rewards are definitely worth the effort. When you look for what’s right you are suddenly able to see the good in every situation and every person. Looking for what’s right allows you to appreciate the little things that bless us every single day. It shifts you into a state of appreciation where even mundane experiences can delight us.

What we will cover:
   – Finding things you can appreciate and acknowledge about yourself in a positive way?
   – Experiencing your story that will propel you forward
   – Seeing your ex in a different light.
   – Looking at all the gifts you’ve received all these years..

New beginnings
It’s all about re-creating YOU! This workshop is going to be very interactive.
We will learn how to embrace, stay young and love all of who we are, as we go through the divorce process or if we already gone through divorce.
