Spiritual Divorce was one of the best coaching experiences of my life. When I separated and divorced my ex, needless to say, I was lost on how to start my life over again. Anxiety, fear and anger were daily themes for me.

Throughout the coaching process, my anxiety and fear started to subside. The best gift I received from Spiritual Divorce was letting go of my anger which allowed me to get to know myself all over again. I saw that fear and anger mask a lot of other things, and then she shows you are given the choice to do and think something different.

When I first started coaching I was still involved with my ex-husband and wanted to create an amazing relationship with him. What I discovered from searching my heart in our coaching was that I was in a relationship that did not support me, I wasn't loved or honored in the way I really wanted to be. In fact, I discovered this was a pattern in my life. Through Rochelle’s coaching I found the courage within myself to admit that, to do the work of loving that part of myself, and the courage to accept the end of that relationship so I could heal and open up to the amazing relationship that I wish to create.

I also took responsibility for what I had tolerated in my previous relationships and how I had sold out on myself and what I really wanted and deserved. I have experienced power, confidence and self worth for the first time. I no longer doubt my worthiness.

Personally, Rochelle has contributed to my life in countless ways, by gently pointing out where I was playing small and didn’t know it. You can count on her to see things you cannot and she will always tell the truth. In other words, she is trained thoroughly in listening for things that are not being said as well as those that are.

It’s been many years since I first separated from my now ex-husband, and more than a few since our official divorce. Five months ago, I was going through some big changes in my life.
